Credu Carers’ Pamper Day
On Thursday 23rd October we were at the Credu ‘Pamper Day for Carers‘.
Credu – connecting carers in Powys, Wales is a fantastic organisation set up to support those who care for others without being paid for their invaluable work.
You can read more about Credu here, but Credu helps both young and adult carers by offering advice, connections with other professionals, skill development, access to funding, counselling and well-being support – in addition to many other invaluable services that the unpaid carers in our society need.
It was therefore a great privilege for Grace and I to attend the Credu ‘Pamper Day for Carers‘.

At the Pamper Day we were able to provide one-to-one Bach Flower Remedy consultations for carers that give so much selflessly to others. We hope that our consultations have helped to bring comfort, light, energy and balance into the lives of the carers that we met.
We were just one of many who were at the Pamper Day. Make up, manicures, therapeutic massages and many other valuable therapies were available for carers.
Well done to the team at Credu for all the hard work in organising this event!
